my dreadful journey

            Hmmm, in this 3 months of my hair what eyes have seen mouth cannot say o, but i will try to make tongue co operate with  teeth and say something. 1^st sad thing that happened was that i left GH, as y’all know i started my hair there with the best “LEGEND LOCKS”, so getting someone or a place to wear their shoes is the jamb i have been writing since o, and i still have not passed, in my search for a good loctician  i met true love, someone directed me to creative barbers at surulere, that was where i met that so called love o.

There is something to be thankfull for in 2012

Here we are at the end of the year, the end of the year which is a time to take stock, a time to recall, a time to look back, a time to plan for a better next year. I get to do a lot of thinking,so one day, sited @ the back seat in the car back in Ghana, we drove past a house that got burnt a night before and my aunt said a loud prayer for the family that lost their house to the fire, and then my mind traveled and i thought about us, why doesn’t our own houses burn, why don’t we get involved in accidents even as we travel every day, i ended up with so many “why” and then my conclusion is that there is so much to be thankful for.

Rev chris okotie founder of household church and presidential candidate of fresh democratic party claims that PDP is responsible for the deregistration of his party,he says he is very confident that what INEC has done would be reversed by the judiciary, when asked about Goodluck Jonathan he said and i quote ”Look at the country; we are neither here nor there. It is the same story of corruption and stagnation. I still believe that Jonathan is a great mistake. I know that the elections were tampered with”. I guess the country would better if he becomes president.

              Christmas comes with holiday, you get time to take a break off work and school, this is why i think you should dedicate this Christmas to showing love, most people show love to the less privileged which is cute, but this Christmas i want you to show love to the most important people in you life, spend time with your spouse, spend time with your friends, spend time with your family, the concept of the birth of Jesus is love, for God so loved us. So show love this Christmas, go to the beach, have a grill party, go to the park, take pictures just have fun with them, make this Christmas memorable for them.

So am waiting on which one of you would show me love. *wink*

farewell to ghana

First of all i think i need a "how to prepare when traveling" handbook,cos i just always don't know how to start,then a day before my flight i would start remembering things to do,start rushing and end up with headache.
Any ways i think am trying this time around @least i started writing this a week to when am leaving,so am preparing :D so that is how i would leave GH o,chai,i sure would miss this place.

Miss University Nigeria

Miss Winfrey Okolo, a student of the University of Benin, has won the 2012 Miss University Nigeria (MUN) beauty pageant.Okolo emerged the winner by beating 48 other contestants in Abuja on Friday night.
The beauty queen received a star prize of a Nissan Sony car and one million naira.
         Speaking after her installation,said that the event marked her first participation in a beauty contest, thanking God for enabling her to excel at the competition.She has promised to make good use of her position to affect the lives of Nigerian youths.“I will try to stimulate a change in the Nigerian university system; I will endeavor to promote modesty, hard work and a lot of things that will bring out the students’ confidence,’’ Okolo said. well thats how they all say,lets see how far okolo would go to make sure she fulfills her promise.
       NAN reports that the competition was a “no-bikini pageant’’ that was particularly aimed at promoting the African culture and discouraging indecent dressing among the youth.
Mr Taylor Nazzal, the President of MUN Organization, said that he was happy to touch the lives of many young Nigerians.“We can always inspire women out there to be better leaders of tomorrow. They are all potential wives and if you groom them well, you’ve succeeded in grooming the men and the whole world,’
    Nazzal made us understand that the new beauty queen would be Nigeria’s student ambassador to the United Nations (UN), adding that she would also be engaged to carry out charity assignments.
He also noted that Okolo would represent Nigeria at the Miss University Africa pageant involving 53 countries in South Africa and the Miss United Nations pageant in New York next year. In her remark, the FCT Minister of State, Mrs Olajumoke Akinjide, said that the pageant was also promoting the government’s vision for the youth.
The minister, who was represented by Dr Geoffrey Chukwuemeka, a Director in FCT Administration (FCTA), noted that the beauty contest also created an avenue for the contestants to exhibit their talents because it was not about beauty alone.Akinjide said that the pageant also reinforced the FCTA’s goal of promoting national unity and peace.“It also supports our plans aimed at discovering the potential of our female youth, protection of our female youth and discouragement of indecent dressing, prostitution and other social vices among young ladies"

If you were given a chance to delete or make one day of the week a free day,i can bet you all would pick Monday,well Monday is just a day of the week,i guess the issue is because it is the first day after weekend.

human beings love holidays,they get exited when they dont have to go to work the next day and then get sad when they have to resume work the next day,so the guy MONDAY is suffering from transferred aggression,you are just upset that you would have to go back to work after clubbing on Friday night,lounging with friends and going to "owanbe" on Saturday and hanging out with friends and family on Sunday,how is that Monday's fault?
